The OTC/Pink Sheet world just got a little sexier with the help of “LFC” which stands for Lingerie Fighting Championships. The company which coined the phrase “A little bit of MMA, a little bit of wrestling and a little bit of clothing” is a development stage Media Company focused on the development, production, promotion, and distribution of original entertainment for mature audiences… especially the young male crowd.LFC, Inc. (OTCMKTS: BOTY) plans to cater to those that love the UFC, the glamorous women of the WWE, and scantily dressed young athletic women. The business model is cookie cutter to what the larger venues already do by live entertainment events, where there will be ticket sales, as well as through digital home video, broadcast television networks, and ultimately video-on-demand (pay per view) and digital media channels. The company also claims their business and brand is focused on building and establishing a sports entertainment league that utilizes wrestling and mixed martial arts ("MMA") fighting techniques together with fictional character personas, parodies of public figures (Ex. ), and professional sporting leagues and fictional storylines for purposes of providing sports entertainment similar to Vince McMahon’s WWE, who currently has a personal net worth of $2.1 Billion.

Floyd Mayweather Vs Logan Paul PPV

This past weekend, sports bars, MMA enthusiasts, and others watched the pay-per-view event between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and YouTube celebrity turned fighter, Logan Paul. While the athletic credentials of the fight were questionable, the ability of both men to make money is not. Mayweather is estimated to have made $100m alone from his 2017 fight against the UFC star Conor McGregor.Paul, who made his name as a YouTube prankster alongside his brother Jake, is already a multimillionaire at the age of 26 and both he and Mayweather will have made millions more from Sunday’s fight, which sold at $49.99 a pop on pay-per-view and took place in front of an audience of thousands at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. Mayweather said last week that he expected to earn between $50m and $100m from the fight. One website has written, without citing any sources that Mayweather was guaranteed $10 million and 50 percent of the pay-per-view buys, while Paul was guaranteed $250,000 and 10 percent of the pay-per-view buys. A number of other news websites have repeated those numbers, also without citing any sources. The build-up looked the part, even if the fight did not, with hip hop trio Migos performing before the start of the bout and the crowd peppered with stars from the NBA, NFL, and Hollywood. Mayweather was his usual flamboyant self-entering the ring in an alligator skin gown. Paul was simply happy to last 8 rounds and not lose all his teeth to possibly the greatest fighter ever in his prime. The 2 showmen went the 8 round limit without a knockout out and minimal punches landed. The conclusion of the fight was greeted with “boos” from the fans whose expectations were clearly unmet. The bottom line is the 2 gentlemen made a great payday and proved the business model that LFC is attempting to follow, works--and it works well.

Content is King (or Queen)

Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. has a healthy stable of fighters and is always looking for fresh faces with fighting experience. The company has created multiple revenue streams through creating different content of half-dressed women kicking, punching, and wrestling on the mat. This content consists of a reality TV show “Exposed!” which has 9 seasons, DVD sales, and PPV streams of live events, and then on-demand prerecorded events.Last month, LFC inked a deal with Johnny Cafarella who will oversee the creation of a brand new television series about the controversial MMA league. Cafarella is best known as the co-founder and producer of GLOW which saw a resurgence in popularity recently with the success of the GLOW series on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) which is 2 seasons in. Cagarell said:

“I’ve always felt LFC was poised to become this generation’s GLOW. The live events are pure campy entertainment and they have some really tremendous athletes and characters.”

GLOW, or Glorious Ladies of Wrestling, aired in the early ’80s and was viewed by more than 7 million people every week at the peak of its popularity. Shaun Donnelly, CEO of BOTY, and Cafarella are currently working on the framework for the new series which is expected to start shooting in October. The series will star several LFC regulars like Jolene 'The Valkyrie' Hexx (22-6-1), Lauren 'The Animal' Fogle (7-4), and Shay 'The Fox' Mazzato (16-9).LFC has had over 30 events to date, and the next one will be at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally on August 12th, 13th & 14th. All three events will be live streaming on PPV for one low price of $24.99 or FREE for VIP Members ($9.99/month).

Competition

The company's current competition consists of the World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE: WWE), Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and B2Digital (OTCMKTS: BTDG) B2Digital is currently building an integrated LIVE Event Development League for the MMA Mixed Martial Arts marketplace, through the creation and development of B2 Fighting Series Development League and its B2FS champions are expected to graduate to the MMA Major Leagues. The company continues to sponsor and operate LIVE Events, and intends on acquiring existing MMA Promotions, and invite those regional and local champions to the B2 Fighting Series National Championship Series.

Getting Current and Catalysts

LFC just filed its 10-K, which is their yearly filing and posting on their website they are currently working on their 10-Q. This means, along with an Attorney Opinion Letter, they are steps away and hopefully days away from gaining “Current” status on OTCMarkets.Other catalysts include their August 3 day PPV event in Sturgis, SD. This will be a revenue producer for the promotional company and can expect to see a marketing push throughout the summer. Last, the new show which will start shooting in October. Again, this project will be a collaboration with Johnny Cafarella co-founder of the hit show GLOW on Netflix.

Investment Summary

The company which trades at the .0022 range has a current market cap of $5.8 million based on an outstanding share count of 2.845 billion. Content creation is critical in this day and age as people want to watch things at their leisure. Having the content on-demand to be sold as micro-sales or giving access to it in their VIP monthly subscription will bring in consistent revenue with the PPV events creating potentially big returns. We saw these returns in a PPV model this past weekend where the Mayweather/Paul exhibition match brought in hundreds of millions of dollars. We are not saying that these gals are someday going to bring a 9 figure payday to LFC, but there is definitely a market out there that loves sexy women and watching fighting so why not mix the 2 and make something special like peanut butter and jelly!Company means business, they are getting current, and the big 3-day event this summer and the new show starting this fall are 3 catalyst events to keep an eye on.For the longer-term investor, the potential of building and incubating a niche brand that is rolled up by one of the bigger outfits is the ultimate payday.
