Hello Everyone,

Mark Cuban has invested in Virtuix three separate times — and never sold a single share. That's not luck. That's conviction. VTIX first caught his eye on Shark Tank, and even though the company walked away without a deal, Cuban clearly saw something worth betting on. He came back to the table, not once, but three times.

Just yesterday they announced that Tesla, Inc. has purchased its first unit for their Optimus humanoid robot division. Two weeks ago they announced that NASA had selected the Company’s Omni One platform for use in its Moon and Mars Exploration Analog (MMEA) mission, a year-long research program designed to help scientists better understand astronaut performance during upcoming deep-space missions.

This NASA partnership is the latest sign that Virtuix is growing fast in the government and military world. At the beginning of July they announced that the Pennsylvania Air National Guard unit will use omni one platform for immersive military training and experimentation

The company has recently made sales and started projects with the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Army, and the Air National Guard.

They also recently Launched Omni One for Quest in collaboration with Meta, bringing unrestricted, physical movement to the Meta Quest ecosystem and expanding the company’s addressable market to more than 20 million Meta Quest Headsets worldwide.

VTIX sits at the crossroads of three trends investors are watching closely right now: consumer fitness gaming, defense simulation, and applied AI. The company makes Omni, a line of omnidirectional treadmills that let users physically walk, run, crouch, and jump while moving through 360-degree virtual environments — whether that's a game world or an AI-recreated version of a real place.

A Full-Body Workout Disguised as a Game

The flagship product, Omni One, positions itself as a way to get real exercise without giving up immersive gameplay. The fitness numbers behind that pitch: users can burn up to 700 calories an hour, comparable to intense cardio; the product holds a 4.8-star average rating and picked up a 2025 Auggie Award; and it sells for $2,595 outright or $90/month, with HSA/FSA dollars accepted via Truemed.

Riding Meta's Distribution

Perhaps the more important consumer angle is distribution. Virtuix built a "Made for Meta" certified version of Omni One for Quest headsets, landing a listing in the Meta Store. Context that matters here: Quest has sold over 20 million headsets, with roughly 6 million estimated active users; the Quest version works out of the box with an expanding catalog of compatible titles; December 2025 orders were up 60% year-over-year; and the product is now sold in Germany, the UK, France, other EU markets, and Canada. In short, demand seems to be picking up right as the potential customer base has gotten much larger.

Training Soldiers Before They Reach the Field

While consumers game, the Pentagon trains. Virtuix's Virtual Terrain Walk (VTW) platform lets military units physically walk through AI-reconstructed, photorealistic replicas of mission terrain before ever deploying — a tool built for rehearsal and mission planning. This isn't hypothetical: all four U.S. military branches are already customers. The Air Force awarded an AFWERX SBIR Phase I contract for VTW and has purchased units for the Air Force Academy and Yokota Air Force Base. The Marine Corps picked Virtuix (through KBR) as lead integrator on a TECOM multi-user virtual infantry training system, with four Omni One units due for delivery in Q4 2026. The Navy signed a Cooperative Research & Development Agreement with the Naval Postgraduate School. The Army has an Omni One installed at West Point.

These aren't one-and-done hardware sales — each installation tends to generate ongoing software licensing revenue and opens doors to further simulation contracts. A single VTW setup can handle 12+ soldiers training at once, and the company is targeting gross margins above 70% on these systems. Virtuix has also stood up a special committee to hunt for acquisitions in defense training and simulation, looking specifically at companies with existing government contract vehicles and $10-50 million in recurring defense revenue.

The AI Layer Tying It Together

Underpinning both the defense and enterprise businesses is Virtuix's AI-based 3D reconstruction tech. Using Gaussian splatting, the company converts 360-degree camera footage of a real location into a fully explorable, photorealistic virtual space — compressing what used to take weeks into hours. The company holds 25 granted patents around this capability.

The same underlying platform is also showing up outside gaming and defense. Rutgers' WINLAB is using Omni One to research AI-assisted therapy for neurodivergent individuals, including autism therapy for children. Florida Gulf Coast University's Marieb College is evaluating it for physical and occupational therapy, neuro-rehab, fall prevention, and clinical simulation. There's also an enterprise push into embodied AI and robotic teleoperation.

Three Businesses, One Platform

The overall model spans hardware, software, and services: a consumer arm (hardware, a game store, subscriptions) targeting 40%+ margins; a defense arm (VTW systems plus recurring licensing) targeting 70%+ margins; and an enterprise arm (training/simulation deployments plus custom work) also targeting 70%+ margins.

Manufacturing is already built out, with capacity for up to 3,000 units a month. Virtuix's own scaling math: consumer revenue could reach roughly $21 million a year at 500 units/month, $42 million at 1,000, $84 million at 2,000, and $126 million at full 3,000-unit capacity — implying $100 million+ in annual revenue potential if the facility runs at full utilization.\
