Accelerating Growth: 46% in 2026, 93% in 2027

Revenue is projected to increase approximately 46% in 2026, followed by approximately 93% additional growth in 2027, based on current Vision Aerial management estimates. U.S. Policy Increasingly Favors American-Manufactured Drones

Federal policy is increasingly prioritizing secure, domestically manufactured unmanned aircraft systems. A New Generation of American-Built Drones Enters the Market

The Vulcan family includes two NDAA-compliant aircraft built on a common architecture. Expanding Mobix Labs’ National-Security Technology Platform

Mobix Labs announced on July 24, 2026 that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vision Aerial. The proposed acquisition is intended to expand Mobix Labs’ national-security technology platform into American-built drones and autonomous systems, complementing the Company’s existing electronics, connectivity, RF and sensing technologies serving aerospace, defense and other high-reliability markets.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth calendar quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Mobix Labs stockholders of the issuance of shares in the transaction. The acquisition has not yet closed, and Vision Aerial remains a separate company pending completion of the transaction.

Mobix Labs Moves to Secure America's Rare Earth Supply Chain

Back in May, Mobix Labs made its first move into one of the most strategically critical sectors in the industrial world, signing a letter of intent to acquire Special Project Delivery (SPD), a platform building sovereign U.S. supply chains for rare earth elements, critical minerals, and energy storage. 

The street responded and the stock went nuts that day trading as high as $4.25 on over a half a billion in interest.

The strategic logic here is hard to overstate: every F-35 requires an estimated 418 kilograms of rare earth materials, every Virginia-class submarine roughly 4,500 kilograms — and the list of platforms that simply don't exist without these materials runs from the F-22 and F/A-18 to Patriot and THAAD interceptors, Tomahawk and Javelin missiles, advanced radar, defense satellites, and AI data centers. With China controlling the lion's share of global rare earth mining and refining, and the Department of Defense set to restrict Chinese-origin rare earth magnets starting in 2027, NATO, AUKUS, and Five Eyes allies have all identified rare earth independence as a defining priority of the decade — and Mobix is positioning itself to be part of the answer.

SPD brings real credibility to the table. Founded in 2019, the company has built a platform for recovering rare earths from underutilized domestic sources — including legacy U.S. coal ash — using extraction technology validated by U.S. defense-research partners, and it's aligned with the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, major utility partners, and the $12 billion EXIM Bank "Project Vault" initiative. Its leadership team includes CEO Paul Singarella, a former Latham & Watkins partner trained at MIT, and CFO John Dewey, who's overseen more than $2 billion in cumulative infrastructure development. That May letter of intent has since evolved into a full definitive agreement announced this month, putting Mobix on a clear path toward planting a flag inside one of the most geopolitically important supply chains in the world.

Mobix Labs Is Rewriting Its Own Story — And the Market Is Just Catching Up

Something big is happening and it's been building in plain sight for months. Back in May, the company shored up its balance sheet by fully extinguishing a $4 million convertible note held by Leviston Resources — with all converted shares already registered and resold under an effective S-1, cleaning up an overhang while leaving Leviston with the option, not the obligation, to provide up to another $4 million in similar financing over the next seven months if needed. That same month, Mobix planted its first flag in one of the most strategically important sectors on Earth, signing a letter of intent to acquire Special Project Delivery (SPD), a platform built to recover rare earth elements and critical minerals domestically — the same materials that go into every F-35 (roughly 418 kg each), every Virginia-class submarine (roughly 4,500 kg each), and virtually every advanced defense system the U.S. and its allies depend on as I already stated above. With China dominating global rare earth supply and new DoD restrictions on Chinese-origin magnets arriving in 2027, Mobix Chairman James Peterson — the former CEO of Microsemi — called SPD "the right platform at exactly the right moment."

June brought two more signs of a company hitting its stride operationally. Mobix consolidated its West Coast manufacturing into a larger, military-approved facility in Irvine that doubles its production floor, positioned to support growing EMI component work for the F-22 Raptor program and a multi-year U.S. Navy communications contract. Days later, the company signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Vision Aerial, a Montana-based, American-built drone manufacturer whose customers already include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, USDA Forest Service, L3Harris, and major energy operators like Marathon Oil, DTE Energy, and Northwestern Energy — relationships CEO Phil Sansone noted "take years to earn." By July, momentum on Wall Street followed momentum on the ground: Mobix was added to the Russell Microcap Index and the Russell 3000E Growth Benchmark, plugging the company into a pool of roughly $12 trillion in assets benchmarked to Russell U.S. indexes and putting it on the radar of institutional investors and index funds for the first time.

In late July, the Vision Aerial letter of intent had converted into a definitive agreement worth approximately $15 million in cash and stock, expected to close within the quarter, giving Mobix a direct entry point into a U.S. drone market Grand View Research values at $29.3 billion today and projects will reach $58.5 billion by 2033. In August, the SPD relationship advanced the same way — from letter of intent to a signed definitive agreement — deepening Mobix's move into rare earths and critical minerals right as Washington and its allies race to build supply chains independent of China.

And just days after that, Mobix delivered the number that ties it all together: fiscal fourth-quarter revenue guidance of $1.4 million to $1.8 million, roughly 100% sequential growth at the midpoint, driven entirely by the company's existing EMI Solutions and RaGE Systems defense and aerospace businesses. As Sansone put it, the new name and direction don't replace the core business — they're being built on top of it.

Jim Aralis is a distinguished technology executive with over 40 years of experience in the development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal integrated circuits, systems, and software/firmware. Since June 2022, he has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mobix Labs, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in advanced connectivity solutions for 5G wireless and high-bandwidth cable networks.

Prior to joining Mobix Labs, Aralis was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Advanced Development at Microsemi Corporation, a leading provider of semiconductor solutions. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring 23 strategic acquisitions, including a $2.5 billion deal for PMC-Sierra Inc., and led diversification efforts into cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Before his time at Microsemi, Aralis founded and managed the Maxim Integrated Products design center in Irvine, California, focusing on physical layer integrated circuits for fiber optic communications. He also managed an analog front-end design team at Texas Instruments/Silicon Systems, designing high-performance disk drive read channels.

His extensive experience and leadership in semiconductor technology significantly contribute to Mobix Labs' mission to advance innovative connectivity solutions in the rapidly evolving wireless communications landscape.
