Hello Everyone,

We have something low priced for today's session that we have never featured on our newsletter before.

Pull up AMZE right away and get it on your radar heading into today's session.

This one is sitting under .25 and is fresh off a 1 - 8 reverse split that has the float under 7.5 Million right now.

With a float like this you have to watch it super close because it has the ability to take off.

The Creator Economy is being built by hundreds of millions of creators turning audiences into businesses. These Creators have influence and demand — but limited infrastructure. Creator audiences are high affinity fans and consumers of creator content and commerce offerings.Brands want and need targeted access to creator audiences and real-time demand insights. Amaze is the system that converts creator demand into commerce, data, and monetizable audiences.

Amaze built a flywheel connecting commerce, data and distribution.More commerce = richer data.Richer data = better targeting.Better targeting = more commerce. The first platform to aggregate identity level fan transaction data across 13M+creators into a commerce, data, and distribution system that brands can buy into at scale.

Amaze Holdings and BIGtoken Team Up to Give Creators a New Way to Earn

Amaze Holdings (NYSE American: AMZE) announced a strategic partnership with BIGtoken on July 27 to build a scalable creator affiliate wallet and campaign infrastructure across the Amaze ecosystem. The idea is simple but ambitious: give brands one centralized way to launch and manage influencer campaigns at scale, while giving creators a single dashboard to discover opportunities, run promotions, and track their earnings — no more juggling disconnected tools.

Under the hood, Amaze's creator, commerce, and brand interfaces will connect with BIGtoken's digital wallet and first-party data infrastructure. That combination is meant to cover the whole loop: campaign creation, creator participation via unique tracked links, attribution, analytics, and audience intelligence. For brands, that means a common interface whether they're a large enterprise or a small business. For creators, it means a branded wallet where they can manage campaign participation and eligible earnings in one place. And as more campaigns run through the system, the companies expect the data to compound — improving creator matching and campaign planning over time.

Amaze CEO Aaron Day framed the move as a response to demand he'd been hearing directly from brands wanting a scalable way to activate creators, and said the team evaluated other wallet providers before landing on BIGtoken as the partner that could match Amaze's scale. BIGtoken CEO George Stella described the wallet as more than a payout tool — positioning it as the connective infrastructure tying together brands, creators, attribution, and audience data. Early external validation came from NorthSpire Entertainment's CEO, who said the affiliate program has already changed the results his team expects for film and media promotions.

Big picture: this is Amaze layering in another monetization channel for its creator ecosystem and a more repeatable, data-driven alternative to one-off influencer outreach for brands — part of what the company is branding its "Relentless Pursuit to Amaze."

Six Weeks In: Early Signals from Amaze's Creator Platform Launch

Amaze Holdings gave investors a first look at how things are going roughly six weeks after launching AmazeCommerce.com on June 15 — the "operating system for creators" the company built to help its base of more than 15 million creators go beyond just building storefronts. The pitch is that Amaze Commerce ties together four ways creators can make money: fan-informed commerce (creators earn about 27% of net revenue on sales through their connected stores, on average), custom/sourced products, affiliate revenue (full rollout expected mid-August), and advertising revenue through Amaze-operated channels like FoodChannel.com. Powering the brand and product recommendations behind all of this is Moments AI, the company's proprietary layer that combines creator inputs with its transactional data.

Alongside Commerce, Amaze also launched Amaze Media, a demand-side platform paired with its transactional data to help advertisers find high-intent audiences and activate programmatic media tied to actual commerce behavior. Creators aren't monetizing directly through Media yet, but Amaze says creator-facing tools — including lookalike audience targeting built from fan and customer data — are coming.

On the numbers side, Amaze was careful to flag that everything shared is early, unaudited, and not indicative of mature performance. That said, the highlights: subscription revenue for Commerce's advanced services grew faster than GMV in the first six weeks — notably given Amaze hasn't even turned on paid marketing yet, having prioritized user experience first. If that trend holds, management thinks subscriptions could become material enough to warrant separate disclosure down the line. On the affiliate side, brand inbound interest has been strong enough that management's internal goal is for affiliate/brand revenue to become one of the company's largest new revenue categories within six months, with meaningful contribution expected starting Q4 2026. Amaze Media, meanwhile, is still in test mode with clients like BBR and Kaeli Mae while the company finalizes rate cards under new growth lead Derek Rosenzweig (a Shopify alum).

Looking ahead, near-term priorities are straightforward: finish the broad Affiliate rollout in August, build out Media's sales motion, keep refining the Commerce user experience before turning on paid acquisition, and start pairing Affiliate and Media into a combined offering for brands chasing measurable commerce outcomes. CEO Aaron Day summed it up as early but encouraging — framing all of it as part of Amaze's broader push to give creators one connected system for turning what they know and make into a real, sustainable business.
