REMSleep Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS: RMSL) has hit an inflection point if a 300% plus rally since the start of the second quarter is anything to go by. The spike has helped catapult the stock from all-time lows, waiting to see if the momentum is strong enough to fuel further upside action.

REMSleep Price Analysis

While the meteoric spike might have come as a surprise to many, it might as well be attributed to investor’s reaction to a recently issued shareholder update. The confirmation that the Company has made impressive strides on the development of its lead product DeltaWave CPAP is one of the catalysts fuelling the upward momentum.Investor sentiments have also inched higher on REMSleep Holdings, confirming it has a functional prototype for its lead product. The stock has since resorted to trading in a steep uptrend as bulls remain in firm control, amidst the short-term bullish momentum.A spike to the $0.12 mark leaves the stock exposed to the $0.15 resistance level. A rally followed by a close above the crucial technical level could elicit further buying pressure as REMSleep Holdings would have turned bullish. RMSL Daily ChartAbove the $0.15 resistance level, with bulls in control, the stock could make a run for the $0.24 mark, the next substantial resistance level. Failure to take out the $0.15 resistance level would leave the stock susceptible to trading in a range given the underlying bear trend.

What Does REMSleep Holdings Do?

REMSleep Holdings is a medical devices company engaged in the development of products geared towards improving people’s sleep patterns as well as treating respiratory conditions. The Company is currently working on DeltaWave CPAP interface device that seeks to treat patients struggling with Sleep apnea.[embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBK9-mrBnS0&t=7s[/embed]

DeltaWave Development Milestone

Shares of REMSleep Holdings are skyrocketing on the medical device company announcing that a CPAP prototype device its been testing for months has received a final product for the market. Currently, the Company is sorting some molding issues and anticipates full launch in the next six weeks. The final CPAP interface is designed to promote normal breathing throughout the night a challenge that people with Sleep apnea struggle with.

“The DeltaWave is the most comfortable, quietest, and smoothest operating CPAP interface we can find. We emphasize the DeltaWave is no ordinary CPAP interface. We believe we have the CPAP and NIV interface that may possibly confer additional benefits by assisting breathing difficulties in comorbidities along with sleep apnea such as, respiratory failure, COPD, and heart failure,” REMSleep Holdings in a statement.

DeltaWave Market Opportunity

Given that the new device is designed to enhance breathing while sleeping, REMSleep Holdings will be able to expand its footprint into the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Billed as the third leading cause of death in the U.S, the disease costs the U.S over $50 billion a year. Initial indications and trials carried so far indicate that DeltaWave will be a good fit for people with COPD.CPAP therapy is currently the main treatment option for obstructive sleep apnea. However, according to the Sleep Health Journal, the majority of patients do not tolerate CPAP. Most patients push back on the therapy because of the interface/mask that, at times, make it difficult to breathe.REMSleep has sought to change all this by coming up with a device that addresses most of the issues. For instance, the DeltaWave’s head strap is never tight, and only there to hold the interface in place. The Company has also improvised pillows that allow adequate airflow at a slower air velocity among other features.

"We have spent five years designing and developing a device to overcome the primary issues of CPAP non-compliance. The Delta wave’s proprietary design allows patients to breathe normally while on CPAP, a monumental breakthrough that is expected to bring relief too many who suffer from sleep apnea,” explained CEO Tom Wood.

Bottom Line

REMSleep spike could as well indicate growing investor confidence as the Company continues to work on its proprietary Sleep Apnea remedy DeltaWave. The Company has successfully addressed most of the issues that people complain about CPAP therapy, a development that continues to strengthen DeltaWave's competitive edge in the market. The commercial launch of DeltaWave is a development that should strengthen market sentiments further. That said REMSleep is likely to continue climbing the ladder, especially on rising and finding support above the $0.15 mark.We will be updating our subscribers as soon as we know more.
