Insider Financial recaps last week's stock market action and covers the stocks to watch this week.

This video covers LUNR, NRDY, BE, ZONE, WMT, LOW, XPEV, WKHS, MSFT, ORCL, ASAN, MNDY, TGT, NVDA, BIDU, PDD, GAP.

Video Summary

An update from our last video. LUNR was up 27% last week on the back of a good earnings report. $10 was resistance and now support.

Revenue of $58.48M (+359.4% Y/Y) beats by $7.59M.

31% float short. This has been a retail driven rally that’s squeezed the shorts. My only concern is the level of insider selling. All selling. No buys. So just be cautious.

Regarding the overall market, Key U.S. equity averages stumbled Friday, with Wall Street reassessing what's next for the Federal Reserve's rate-cutting cycle. This cements a weekly loss following a massive stock rally fueled by Donald Trump's presidential re-election.

Technology stocks fronted Friday's loss as traders increased the odds of the Fed holding off on interest rates next month and in January. The moves came after Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell made hawkish remarks at an event in Dallas on Thursday. Odds remained in favor of a quarter-point cut in December.

On Friday, the S&P 500 (SP500) slipped 2.08% for the week to end at 5,870.62 points, posting losses in three out of five sessions.

The benchmark index posted its worst weekly performance since the start of September and has now had a negative week in three of the last four. However, it was still a historic week for the gauge, which on Monday closed above 6,000 points for the first time ever.

For this week:

Monday

10:00 a.m. Chicago Federal Reserve Bank President Austan Goolsbee will give welcome remarks before the Financial Markets Group Fall Conference, which the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is hosting.

Tuesday

Notable companies due to be reported include Walmart (WMT), Lowe's (LOW), XPeng (XPEV), and Workhorse (WKHS).

The three-day Microsoft Ignite Conference will begin. The tech giant is

expected to highlight its latest AI innovations. Last year, companies ranging from Oracle (ORCL) and Asana (ASAN) to monday.com (MNDY) benefitted from the updates at the Ignite conference.

Wednesday

8:00 am Target (TGT) will hold its earnings call. Options trading implies a move of 9% after the report is released. Of note, Evercore ISI issued a warning that the retailer will issue conservative holiday quarter guidance.

5:00 pm Nvidia (NVDA) will hold its earnings call. Options trading implies a 9% share price swing for the semiconductor stock after the report is released.

Thursday

Baidu (BIDU), PDD Holdings (PDD), and Gap (GAP) report earnings.

10:00 am The Existing Home Sales report will be released by the National Association of Realtors.

Philly Fed Manufacturing data

Friday

Global flash November PMI reports will provide a health check on global growth.

10:00 am Michigan Consumer Sentiment

A couple of small caps to keep an eye on:

Nerdy (NRDY) heavy insider buying from the CEO and founder at these levels. 11% float short

Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) +59% Friday after it signed a supply agreement with American Electric Power (AEP) for up to 1 GW of its solid oxide fuel cells, which it said is the world's largest-ever commercial procurement of fuel cells.

ZONE a low floater that I covered in our last video. You can see it bounced off this key trendline at $1.80. Closed $2.11 and trading higher after hours. Float just 2.19m shares. Lots of chatter on Stocktwits this weekend

Lastly, as I do each trading day, I will scan the pre-market. If I see anything else, I will let subscribers know. That’s why signing up is so important, and it’s completely free.

Bottom Line

As we keep saying, there are always opportunities in the markets, and it’s our job to find winning stocks to trade. Huge gains can be made in such a short amount of time.

It’s essential to look for stocks that have yet to run. There are plenty of opportunities, and we look at hundreds of stocks weekly for our subscribers.

Remember, all it takes is one or two to become a winner, and you’ve crushed the market indices (and Jim Cramer) for the year.

Good luck to all (except the shorts and Cramer)!
