Dominovas Energy Corp (OTCMKTS:DNRG) is one of the most explosive names in penny stock land. We have seen several major runs by DNRG over the past year. Lately things have been quiet as there's been a lack of news coming from the company. We're expecting some big news regarding its RUBICON(TM) Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology and an update on its financing.Dominovas Energy Corporation is a leading power solutions provider to emerging markets around the world. DEC employs its proprietary RUBICON™ Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology for deployment in multi-megawatt power generation units worldwide. The worldwide pursuit of clean and efficient production of electricity via Solid Oxide Fuel Cell technology inspired its founders to create an "energy solutions" company. Recognizing that "green" and "alternative energy" markets offer immense potential for growth, Dominovas Energy is aggressively moving to allocate its intellectual and financial capital forthwith, in order to strategically address a green energy solution that is 100% reliable, efficient, and measurably cleaner than GenSets and CCGT.The latest news to come out of the company was a commitment from GHS Capital to invest up to $7.5 million in the Company over the next 36 months to support ongoing day-to-day operations and other general corporate purposes. This commitment by GHS Capital followed closely behind Dominovas Energy's recent announcement of the $1.2 billion in project finance capital to fund the initial phase to manufacture, produce, and deploy its proprietary RUBICON™ SOFC systems. In October, DNRG signed a commitment for $1.2 billion US dollars in project financing with Graecrest Energy Solutions. The financing will fund the initial phase to manufacture, produce, and deploy Dominovas Energy's proprietary RUBICON™ SOFC systems, pursuant to signed and executed guaranteed Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). CEO Neal Allen said:

"With $1.2 billion secured for the phase 1 manufacturing and installation of the RUBICON™, we have put in place the building block that supports our innovation in engineering this next generation technology for the commercial production of clean and sustainable baseload power via the proprietary RUBICON™. Dominovas Energy actively demonstrates that the funding of power infrastructure projects in global and emerging markets is not only possible, but feasible. One hundred percent of phase 1 project costs for deployment of RUBICON™ systems are covered in this first tranche of financing. Dominovas Energy remains on schedule and on budget for 2016."

DNRG has already completed the Concept Design Study. The Concept Study detailed and documented the scalable design for a multi-megawatt SOFC system specific to electrical efficiency, size, reliability, and control strategy to create a first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art, precision-engineered system exclusively for Dominovas Energy. With the goal of supplying clean, reliable, commercially-viable, and sustainable energy solutions to millions of sub-Saharan Africans, Dominovas Energy has now identified the design, engineering, and logistical opportunities pertaining to the unprecedented building of a multi-megawatt utility scale system for commercial production of RUBICON™.

The Concept Study also identified the technical aspects of the RUBICON™, including the balance-of-plant (BoP) and power electronics. Additionally, the study identified optimal process design efficiencies, BoP components, stack and system design, control systems, power electronics integration, manufacturing and logistics, as well as aggregate cost and lead-time for the manufacturing of its scalable system. With the completion of this important and unprecedented study, Dominovas Energy will now enter the next level of detailed design, engineering, and manufacturing of its multi-MW systems to realize the promise of supplying multi-MW power to sub-Saharan Africa, as contracted. As a result of this Concept Study, DNRG was able to get an Independent Power Producer license from the Angolan Ministry of Petroleum. This license authorizes Dominovas Energy to provide clean and reliable electricity to companies within the oil and gas industry, including the parastatal Sonangol Group. Such an exclusive license is a capstone of the work Dominovas Energy's executives have put forth to carry out its mission of the commercial proliferation of its SOFC fuel cell technology, the RUBICON™.Angola is a key market for DNRG. Angolan oil-producing platforms require over 1200MW of electricity each day, and its drilling platforms require nearly 1220MW of electricity each day. Over the next 5 years, new oil fields on-shore and off-shore will necessitate upwards of 2000MW of electricity per day. The RUBICON™ SOFC system meets industry objectives. Dominovas Energy's RUBICON™ system is the only fuel cell-based technology solution to be granted an Independent Power Producer license in the country.

We Have A Monster Pick Coming Soon!

Currently trading at just a $4.46 million valuation, DNRG has no revenues, a history of losses, and rising short term debt. However, the company does having financing agreements in place and the revolutionary Rubicon system. While there has been no news of late, we're expecting some major developments from DNRG in 2016.
