The casino and hotel giant has tapped K&L Gates's public policy and law partner William A. Kirk, government affairs counselor Tricia K.Markwood and partner Bart Gordon, who formerly served 26 years in the U.S. House of Representatives for Tennessee, according to a lobbying registration document filed Thursday.
